Robert married Elizabeth MURE 'of Rowallan', daughter of Sir Adam MURE and Janet MURE heiress of Polkellie, 1336 in common law, then 22 November 1347(papal dispensation).1 (Elizabeth MURE 'of Rowallan' was born about 1320 and died by May 1355 1.)
