Beatrix married Reverend Mr John STRACHAN Minister of Strachan parish, son of Dr Robert STRACHAN Physician in Montrose and Agnes TROUP.¹ (Reverend Mr John STRACHAN Minister of Strachan parish was baptised on 2 November 1625 in Montrose parish, Angus, Scotland ⁴ and died in 1701 ¹.)
