General Notes: "Alexander Strachan, elder son of Alexander Strachan and Christian de Maule, succeeded his parents in the lands of Carmyllie. From William de Maule of Panmure he received, in 1361, a lease of the lands of Skryne, which had been possessed in wadset by Sir Robert Lauder, Knight." Research Notes: KING ROBERT Alexander married Christiana 'de Anandia' (Annandale).1 (Christiana 'de Anandia' (Annandale) was born about 1355.)
