Anne married Sir Andrew RAMSAY of Waughton, 1st Baronet, son of Sir Andrew RAMSAY of Abbotshall, 1st Lord Provost of Edinburgh and Janet CRAW 'of Gunsgreen', 30 December 1675 (contract).¹ (Sir Andrew RAMSAY of Waughton, 1st Baronet was baptised on 24 December 1648 in Edinburgh parish, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland ³ and died in 1680 ¹.)

  Marriage Notes:

"Anne (Montgomerie), married, as his second wife (contract dated 30 December 1675 ), to Sir Andrew Ramsay of Waughton, Baronet, who died in 1680 (eldest son of Sir Andrew Ramsay, Knight, of Abbotshall, who died in 1688). Sir Andrew had issue an only son, Sir Andrew, second Baronet, who died unmarried."

Anne next married Sir Patrick OGILVY 8th of Boyne, Lord of Session, son of Sir Walter OGILVY 7th of Boyne and Elizabeth OGILVY, in 1682.² (Sir Patrick OGILVY 8th of Boyne, Lord of Session was born about 1645 and died in 1714 ⁴.)
