"He (Sir John Lundy) was succeeded to Lundy by his eldest son by his first marriage, Sir William Lundy of that Ilk."

"On the 4th of January 1485, his father resigned the lands and Barony of Lundy in favour of William. Around the same time Sir John also resigned the lands of Hatton in favour of William. On the 5th of May 1486, Sir William was given sasine of the lands of Hatton; and on the 8th of May 1486, William was given sasine of the lands and Barony of Lundy, and the lands of Wester Pitcaple."

Done before the Official of St. Andrews principal, in St. Leonard's kirk in St. Andrews."
