Anne married John ERSKINE 2nd (or 19th) Earl of Mar, Lord Treasurer, son of John ERSKINE 6th Lord Erskine, restored Earl of Mar (18th), Regent of Scotland and Annabella MURRAY, 27 July 1580(contract).1 (John ERSKINE 2nd (or 19th) Earl of Mar, Lord Treasurer was born in 1562 1 and died on 14 December 1634 1.)

"John, Earl of Mar, married, first, Anna or Agnes Drummond, second daughter of David, Lord Drummond. The contract of marriage was dated 27 July 1580, and the marriage took place at Kincardine between 29 October and 1 November same year. The date of her death is not certain, though she was alive in 1584"
