  General Notes:

The 1851 census recorded Isabella McConvill living in Carluke, Lanarkshire, with her husband and six children. Her age was noted as 40 years and she had been born in Ireland.

The 1861 census for Carluke recorded Isabella McConville as aged 50 years. 2 3


Isabella married Edward McCONVILL, son of John McCONVILL and Catherine McCONVILL MS MCCONVILL. (Edward McCONVILL was born about 1810 in Ireland 2 and died 15 April 1873 at 8.30 am in Turfholm, Lesmahagow, Lanarkshire, Scotland.). The cause of his death was pneumonia over 10 days.
