   Cause of his death was apoplexy over 12 days.

Patrick's death certificate of 1871 recorded him as a weaver, aged 60 years, and the widower of Ann McAteer. His parents were then deceased.

  Medical Notes:

D. Walker surgeon certified the cause of death.

The informant was Maria Agnes Kemper, an inmate of the place where Patrick died, and she had been present where his death occurred.

The death was notified by her before the registrar, Dan Sinclair, at Glasgow on 30 December 1871.

Patrick married Ann McATEER. (Ann McATEER was born about 1810 and died before 29 December 1871.)
