The 1861 census for Greenock West recorded Charles McKinnan, aged 60 years, living with his wife and family at 41 Hamilton Street. He was a sugarhouse labourer and had been born in Ireland. 2


Charles married Margaret McINALLY. (Margaret McINALLY was born about 1801 in Ireland 2 and died before 30 September 1879 1.)
