   Cause of her death was pneumonia for 6 days.

   Another name for Mary was LYNAS, Mary.

  General Notes:

Mary Lynas died in 1887. She was the widow of Henry Thatcher Lynas and aged 80 years. No parental information was included on her death certificate. 3

  Medical Notes:

R. B. Selby MD certified the cause of death.

Peter Galloway, Inspector of the Poor, notified the registrar at Mochrum, John Steven, of her death on April 7 1887.


Mary married Henry Thatcher LYNAS on 8 January 1851 in Kirkcowan, Wigtownshire, Scotland.1 (Henry Thatcher LYNAS was born about 1790 in Ireland,4 died 14 August 1858 am early in Stillock, Glasserton Parish, Wigtownshire, Scotland 5 6 and was buried in Churchyard, Mochrum, Wigtownshire, Scotland.). The cause of his death was rupture of blood vessels in lungs of unknown duration.
