Denis married Isabella LAVERY, daughter of James LAVORY and Margaret LOCHORY, in 1848 in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.1 (Isabella LAVERY was born about 1826 in Linwood, Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire, Scotland 2 and died on 15 November 1862 in 8 Cartsburn Street, Greenock, Renfrewshire, Scotland 3.)


Denis next married Margaret HERON in 1863. (Margaret HERON was born about 1835.)
