William married Mary HANNIGAN, daughter of William HANNAGIN and Isabella McKENNA, on 15 July 1864 in St Mary's RC Church, Abercromby Street, Calton, Glasgow, Scotland. (Mary HANNIGAN was born on 9 March 1846 in Barrhead, Renfrewshire, Glasgow 2, baptised in St John's RC Church, Barrhead, Renfrewshire, Scotland 2 and died 17 December 1909 at 2.10 pm in 3 Wardlaw Drive, Rutherglen, Glasgow, Scotland.)
