1901 Census:
Ann F. Rattery was living with her father's sister, her aunt Ann Floyd, a newsagent, at 13 Caledonia Street, Paisley. Her aunt was aged 55 years, a widow, and had been born Perth, Scotland. Ann herself was recorded as 14 years of age and born in Whiteinch.

Annie Swan, William Rattray's sister who was present where his death occurred, gave notice of her brother's death before the registrar at Paisley on 4 October 1843. 1 2


Ann married Matthew Clark SWAN on 30 April 1912 in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland. (Matthew Clark SWAN was born about 1880 and died in 1929 3.)
