Catherine McGonnogle was aged 6 years when recorded by the 1881 census. She had been born in Busby, and in 1881 was a scholar living in Govan at her grandfather's home.

Catherine was not included in the list of children Mary Niven gave in her 1887 application for parish relief. 1 3
